In Celebration of New Life

Although new life is not growing in me, I choose to celebrate the life that surrounds.  Month one of Clomid to no avail.

Generations

We are everything that Texas is.  Mexican. Spanish. Native American. German.  We are all native Texas Latinas.  I am named after my grandma, Carolina.  My mother is named after a nun, Sister Mary Nelda.  My daughter is not pictured here, but she is the fourth generation and named after no one but my innermost desire for her to be alive.  She is named Faith.

Not pictured is my great grandmother, Ma Mary and her mother, Ma Petra, both women I had the pleasure of knowing in their lifetime.

This picture was taken at Canyon Lake.  We had not been together this way since I was a very young girl.  I cherish this photo always.
